Pre-Vacuum

Next a clean and polite uniformed cleaning professional will arrive at your residence on time and always respectfully calling if the service call is running late. We will identify ourselves and complete a quick walk through to identify any concerns that may not have been identified during the pre-inspection. The technician prepares the cleaning area by respectfully and carefully moving furniture and placing equipment to prevent damage to furnishings. The technician starts with removing most of the soil from your carpet by using a commercial vacuum, because nearly 80 percent of soils in your carpet are not easily dissolved with water. Since your home vacuum is a vital part of your carpet maintenance plan, we can inspect it and make recommendations for improving its cleaning ability.

Spot and Stain Removal

Our trained technician uses his training and skills to remove any stains that were identified during the pre-inspection. We can remove most stains but due to carpet and soil characteristics some stains are permanent. We do offer minor carpet repair which would include re-dying damaged carpet.

Custom Blended Pre-Spray

Then a pre-spray is custom blended for the carpets specific soil removal. The pre spray is a combination of safe, non toxic environmentally friendly solutions that remove the love between the soils and your carpets fibers. It is applied using high pressure low volume specifically designed sprayer.

Hot Water Extraction

The soils are suspended in the solution and rinsed away using our HTDT (High Temperature Dry Time) system that leaves the fiber soft and residue free.
