The first step in our process is a precise in- home evaluation; it usually takes about 10 minutes. I have pets and I love them like they are part of my family. My oldest dog is now 16 years old and she has been a wonderful friend. I will care for her and put up with her pee problem. Thankfully I have managed to keep her comfortable without ruining floors. However she has made a few areas that I have had to clean, not a problem. A small price to pay for a friend of the family.

Professional Preparation

Next a clean and polite uniformed cleaning professional will arrive at your residence on time and always respectfully calling if the service call is running late. We will identify ourselves and complete a quick walk through to identify any concerns that may not have been identified during the pre-inspection. The technician prepares the cleaning area by respectfully and carefully moving furniture and placing equipment to prevent damage to furnishings.

Urine Identification

Our trained technician uses his training and skills to identify areas soiled with urine contamination and odor causing ammonia. The technician will implement skills and tools including special lighting to identify urine spots, and since ammonia crystals attract moisture, we utilize moisture sensing equipment that can detect minute changes of humidity. We also understand that the majority of soiling is spread out underneath the carpet and padding.

Urine Pre-Spray

A urine specific pre-spay is used in all affected areas to breakdown the components of the urine into a solution that is easily removed. The area is thoroughly flushed and soaked, allowed activation time to work, agitation as necessary and repeated until effective. I only use the best urine control solutions that are completely biodegradable and safe. They remove and breakdown the odor causing urine components not just masking the odor with fragrance. I would rather leave your home with no smell than leave it to smell like flowers soaked in urine a week down the road.

Hot Water Extraction

Then we use specialized equipment together with our powerful vacuum system that can actually pull the liquefied solution from the pad under the carpet. We flush the urine spot with a flushing wand to allow enough solvencies to remove the urine. We soak it and allow for room temperature drying and the long term residuals continue to work long after we leave.

Deodorizers

The customer can choose to have a carpet deodorizer applied.

Carpet Protectors

And finally a carpet protector can be applied to add resilience and stain protection to the affected area.

Post Inspection

We perform a post inspection with the customer and look forward to serving you again.

Follow up

We will follow up one week later and verify that our urine and odor concern have been eliminated.
